Hello to the BP community! My name is Nick and I am a precious and industrial metals broker looking to make a transition into real estate investing.

After lurking and studying over the past several years, I have decided that wholesaling deals is a good way for me to start. I plan on joining the LIREIA as soon as possible.

BP has afforded me a wealth of detailed information, so thank you to all here for that!

At this point, I am looking to network with rehabbers and landlords on LI. I am open to a mutually beneficial mentoring relationship with a seasoned, ambitious LI RE veteran.

I do have one question:

What is the current state of the LI residential RE market, wholesaling viability and re investment strategies that currently provide the most return on LI with little out of pocket and no credit check?

Thanks for the sounding board!

Cheers,

Nick, Tilutex Group

Welcome Nick Myers! Wholesaling is definitely the way to go if you're just starting out. That's the path I took and I couldn't have chose a better one.
