Wholesaling/Cash Buying Advice

Austin Goff
Posted

Hello everybody,

I am new to the real estate game and I have been able to partner and get a financial backer, but I am struggling to find the types of distressed properties I am looking for to make a flip (I still acquire houses through auctions and foreclosures but I am not operating at the rate that is comfortable for me). I was wondering if anybody had any advice that they could give me when it comes to acquiring these properties for the right low price, whether it be a software, an online site, or whatever method helps them out. I have seen and heard of many bigger companies acquiring these houses very fast and efficiently and I was wondering if anybody knew what they do so I can learn as much as possible. Also, I am struggling in marketing our service of buying houses and was wondering the best way to advertise and how to do so affordably. Thanks in advance and I hope to be able to learn as much as possible from you all.

Thanks,

Austin
