Hello from SWEDEN to Y'all
New to this area but having a strong desire to create a passive income.
Got my eyes for properties as investments in Jan 2019 and found BP this same summer.
It is ACE. Freakin love the transparity and value here. A true Win-Win-World.
Currently going through all 350+ podcasts, saving money, trying to get my amazon business in the UK to grow (unlimited dividens for overseas company owners) and will buy my first property within 18months. Why so long? well, If the best investor of all time is hamstering capital, then who am I to say he is wrong in forseing a market drop.
I hope he is right because prices in Sweden are cruel.
First goal is to have a property where I can quit my job, that means house hacking with airbnb.
Long term goal is to buy and hold rentals from 6 units and up but main focus now is to get educated, and then quit having a job.
Would love to connect with other people in Sweden, prefably the south part =)

If you visit Stockholm in Sweden you are very welcome to stay at my country side hotel. I bought that in May this year, a very exciting new journey for me. Would be great to have real estate investors as guests
