Requesting Information on Virtual Assistants

I'm looking at utilizing a virtual assistant to make the initial call, interest level and hopefully appointment setting for a list of properties I want contacted. Does anyone have any experience with this type of work as well as any recommendations for a good, reputable company I can contact.

I think VA's lower the lead's experience. I am in favor of keeping this in house. Well worth the money to have complete control over this aspect of your business.
