BRRR For A Connecticut Newbie?

Hi Everyone!

I am a fairly new transplant to CT and would like to invest in multi-family properties using the BRRR strategy (if that is even possible here?). I have had success in other states but CT seems to be a nightmare on every front. If anyone has any advice/contacts or general information I would greatly appreciate some guidance!
