Hello all,
24 y/o from Baltimore MD who is looking to buy my first property in the coming months with the hopes of renting it out in an extremely renter heavy Baltimore City (Federal Hill- Canton). Still Look forward to continuing to read/learn on BP as well as ask a ton of questions!

Go to the Baltimore REIA and look up Bill Fell. He is a very experienced investor and could teach you a thing or two on how to get started.
