I’m new here, been reading and listening for a bit and decided to join in. I live in the Tampa Bay Area and will be looking to invest in the next few months for the first time.

Welcome David ! It’s good that you’re preparing as much as you can now while you get your funds ready for a purchase. My advice for you right now is to develop and stick to a goal. Even if it’s broken into short, medium, and long term goals. Reason why is, deals come up all of the time and if you just start buying deals haphazardly, they may not be helping you achieve goals. Opportunity cost is HUGE in this space. If you have any questions, I’d happy to be a resource for you.
