New member currently on Oahu!

Hello all,

My name is Gary and I’m new to the BP community. I work in tv and film but I’m also very interested in getting into real estate as a side hustle. I’ve been crushing BP podcasts and trying to learn as much as I can about real estate investing. I’m particularly interested in rentals and buy and hold opportunities. But like all beginners I’m full of questions and cannot wait to learn more!

I’ve checked for local meetups on Oahu but there doesn’t seem to be any scheduled (or if there have been they are during the week). Is anyone part of a group that meets on the weekends? I’d love to try and get more involved and meet people with like minded goals. 

I’m excited to get more involved in the forums and hopefully meet some people on Oahu.
