New Motivated Real Estate Investor

I have had an interest in Real Estate for some time, but just recently I have made the decision to take action and make things happen. My main purpose here is to get educated, network (make connections), and finding reliable resources to getting started.
I love meeting new people, so please feel free to reach out. I am from the Philadelphia, PA area, but will be moving to Arizona in soon. I would love to network with anyone in these two areas, not excluding all other areas.
At the moment, I am looking at the Wholesaling and Buy, (light) rehab and hold strategy.
