Hello, everyone! I am new to real estate investing and I am in the process of starting a residential renovations business. I'm trying to start slow and not get overwhelmed with everything but it is going good so far! I currently have 2 single-family homes and just got an offer accepted for another so im excited to start on that project. For the renovations business im looking to do quality work at a good price to build an income to invest in local properties as well as helping the community with keeping their properties in good condition at an affordable price. I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast almost daily and love all the information. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP BIGGER POCKETS!!!
