Hello everyone. My name is Mike, I'm 23, and I live in Northern Virginia. I work full time at a government contractor doing HR and I'm also an officer in the Army Reserves. My long term goal for REI is to purchase mainly multi-family homes/apartment buildings and rent them out and have a steady stream of passive income so that I can focus primarily on REI, instead of the normal 9-5 job. I have two best friends who want to do the same exact thing and we are planning on going in together. We're seeking a mentor in the area that would be willing to help 3 young, successful adults kick off their real estate investing career! We are all extremely open minded and hungry to learn as much as we can.
