Hello, my name is Brent and my wifes name is Stephanie. We are new to the investing game. We sold our house in Ca, was able to take some of that to use to fund our real estate investing. I have been in construction for over 20 years so feel we should go the BRRRR method. Looking to start out with some SFR and then maybe some multi family later on once we have our process down. Ca is way too expensive so we are looking to get started in TX, specifically the Conroe/Spring area. Right now we are working on setting up our team. We are flying out to TX the end of this month (Oct 2019) and hoping to meet up/interview potential team members and drive the area.
