Currently stationed overseas and My wife, who is also military has orders to Charleston, SC as her first base. She is supposed to be getting there around Thanksgiving, and then I can put in a request to move there also, so I am looking to get started in real estate investing with a good amount saved up and dual BAH when we both are there. I am looking for anyone who is willing to help educate me or mentor in the area, before or when i get there!
