Hello everyone! My name is William “Bill” Taylor. I am active duty US Coast Guard and a recruiter in Columbus. I am retiring from the Coast Guard on the 1st of October 2020. My wife Cristina is a school teacher and we both are very interested in real estate. I have owned 4 houses during military transfers and have sold them all. In my spare time I work as a handy man for a friend who owns 14 homes. I would like to spend that time towards my own properties and become full time in real estate when I retire.
