Introducing Myself to the Bigger Pockets Community
Good morning members of bigger pockets!
My name is William Boeklen and I am moving to Charlotte, North Carolina from Long Island, New York to pursue a career in real estate. I have been taking the steps to educate myself through bigger pockets, real estate, self development related books, tax strategies and podcasts to best ready myself for the business. I am going to start wholesaling real estate because I believe exposing yourself to contracts and dealing with contractors is crucial before you start investing. If anyone has any tips or tricks to navigate the Charlotte market I would greatly appreciate any advice given to me and will not take it for granted.
