My husband is a "buy and hold investor" for condo units in NYC and Northern NJ (long time ago) and I has been managing the properties... We have been involved on other businesses for few years. And now, We are actively looking for condo units or possibly expand to townhouse/small multifamily on Upper Manhattan - NYC.
I came out with BiggerPockets through youtube research. Because It has been a while since our last purchase/renovation... We will appreciate if you can recommend a REI in NYC, as well as connections with Investor Real Estate Brokers, Wholesalers, Mortgage Loan Officer, Contractor for small/big job, Real estate lawyer, CPA; possibly Architect, Engineer.
Our goal is to get financial freedom through real estate, so We can spend more time with our child and be able to explore the world...
