I have been lurking in the background since 2016, so I figured it was time to finally venture out and introduce myself. Investing has always been a fascination of mine and now I think I actually have the balls to start diving in and taking action.  I am a licensed realtor and my motivation to get into real estate was to learn about investing. I wanted to the learn the business from the ground up. Well, after three years and also working in property mgmt for a short time, I am finally ready to stop talking and start taking action.  I would love to start networking and meeting up with some of you brilliant minds! I live in the FDL area and don’t mind traveling to Madison, Milwaukee, and Appleton.
