Hey i 26 years old and I'm new to wholesaling real estate, well I'm knew to real estate period...im trying something new to better my life and my family life I'm from detroit and i saw a opportunity here because houses are really cheap so some how some way i found out about wholesaling properties, Now I'm here and need to no is there anything i need to know? what common mistakes are made when starting out? is there any books i should read? Thanks i appreciate any information you will give.
