Hello my name is JJ.

I am a new investor. I own a small equipment repair company that I work it, not on.  I also own a paid off rental property that is currently rented out. I ended up with that as it was my first home that I lived in. I did not sell when I purchased my second home.  Just kept it and rented it out. I am motivated to find deals here in the Southern Dallas, Fort Worth area. My goal is to build a portfolio that will sustain a passive income so that can retire from working on equipment and full time invest.

Thanks Brad, I’ve been scouring the area today for inventory and it’s kinda slim. I also own an Equipment repair business. The owner of one of the companies I work for owns rental homes. I wondered if he’d like to network or possibly even sell one. So I reached out to him. This was his response.

“I have 23 let’s get together maybe I can sell them all to you”

I Have some learning to do on how to look at and break down this deal for cash flow and funding.
