Hello everyone, my name is Daniel Kim I am 21 years old about to graduate from Arizona State University with a degree in Finance. I am a new BP member and am looking to buy and hold properties here in Arizona. For now i have been trying to learn as much as I can by listening to the BP podcasts, watching videos, reading the BP forums and getting my hands on whatever I can. I am working part time while going to school and will start my full time job in January. I am really looking to network with experienced investors who have had successes in the buy and hold strategies here in Arizona.
