New Investor in Northern New Jersey
Hi all, I'm new to BiggerPockets. Relatively new to Real Estate investing - I currently own one SFR and looking to branch into 2-4 family units. I am based in NYC and from northern NJ (Bergen County) so would like to invest in this areas as it is familiar to me. Ultimately, my goal is to be able to reach ~$10-15K passive income in the next ~5-7 years.
Excited to get to know this community! Specifically would love to meet a few real estate agents, mentors, contractors, and like-minded folks in the area.
