Beginning the Real Estate Journey
Greetings Everybody,
My name is Joe Rollock and I'm out of Frederick, Maryland. I new to real estate investing but I'm eager to learn as well as help others as I can. My goals are to become successful at doing Wholesale deals in the short term, but my long term is to employ buy/fix/flip and buy/fix/hold strategies in order to achieve enough passive income to retire from my current job. I heard about Bigger Pockets through an online On Demand Real Estate Class and I like what I've uncovered on the site so far. I'm soaking up a lot of information through books but I'm also starting to venture out of my comfort zone by joining a REIA near Baltimore and face-to-face networking with other investors. I look forward to engaging many of you in the very near future!
