Student Real Estate Investment strategy

Hi guys, I’m a 19 year old apprentice working 4 days a week in the property industry (currently doing management)and studying to become a qualified surveyor by the age of 23. I’m earning £20,000 p/a and live at home. I’ve recently got addicted to the podcast and absolutely love it!! What do you recommend is the best strategy for investments in the real estate industry given the information I have shared about my background etc? I have no need to move out of my family home. House hacking sounds great but I’d need to live on the property...and for what reason when I live at home and can have all expenses covered. I’m sure you guys can help out. Thanks all.
