House Hacking on the treasure Coast

I discovered the BiggerPockets community a few months ago and it has been an enormous influence to get me moving towards real estate investing. I'm a newly licensed Architect in Jupiter, Florida and looking into house hacking in the surrounding area. 

House hacking looks to be the best approach for me to get started in REI but I'm not convinced yet if there is a good market for it in the Stuart, Home Sound, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, and North Palm Beach areas.
