Hello bigger pockets community! First I want to say thank you to bigger pockets for being my go to for everything I need to know about investing!

I Currently live in a Villa Rica GA and I’m looking to get into investing. I’m mostly looking to flip single family homes and rent. I am always hungry for knowledge and I understand you can never know enough! I hope to have my first flip within the next year.
