Hello,
Love the site. have been lurking for about 8 months. Have read a ton of the blogs, and the information is amazing.
I was downsized in 2008 and decided to look at real estate. After a lot of research finally purchased my first 2 family home in 2010. Purchased another in 2011, and am currently looking to purchase my 3rd. As a stay at home Dad, real estate has been a wonderful investment.
I am currently interested in buy and hold as that seems to fit my strategy. As has been suggested many times by this site I will be attending my first REIA meeting this month, and am looking foward to it.
