Vero Beach - New Investor - House hacking

Luke Walters
Posted

Good afternoon!

I purchased a home in the Vero beach market last year and am in the process of rehabbing it. I have fallen in love with the entire process, but I am still learning. I house hacked this home and I am looking to do a cash out refinance and invest the money in a second rental property. I am trying to decide if house hacking the second property is the right decision. Should I put my current property up for rent, use the money from the refinance and house hack the new property?

Also if there is anyone in the Vero Beach area that wants to talk deals, the market or how any of there currant deals are going it is very welcomed!
