New member in Michigan

Jon De Heus
Posted

Hi all,

I'm a new member here who is located in Michigan and wants to get started with investing in Detroit real estate. I really think that the city has its fair share of challenges, but is also going to be on an upswing for the next few years, especially in areas of the city that previously haven't gotten a lot of hype (Jefferson Chalmers, East English Village, etc). I've done some light skimming of the Detroit forum, and I can already tell that there's a lot of information there. Looking forward to interacting with likeminded individuals!
