Hey guys, my name is Darnel Sonnier and I have an interest in wholesaling to start. Then, invest in rental property in the future. At the moment I'm meeting with a real estate attorney in a few days to help me with a contract. Any mistakes I should try to avoid and what clauses should I have for a wholesale contract?
