What's the next move?
Ok BP family I need your advice I! I'm trying to figure our next steps. My family & I made a choice to rent out our 4BR single family home and move in with the in-laws (rent free). We are at cross roads right now, We have the opportunity to save up $10-$15k over the next 6-8 months or we can go ahead an buy a duplex for around 140k and house hack that for the next year.
