New member/ new investor
Hello,my name is Derek Nickol and I am from the York Pennsylvania area, I am a home inspector by trade with a history in commercial and residential building/remodeling. I am using all of my free time right now , every minute left after work and being a father to an amazing 10 month old son, to read,study and learn as much as i can about real estate investing, rental properties in particular, and my goal is to purchase my first property in the next 90 days.
