Greeting BP fellows!

I am new in the community, my name is Ivan Coelho, 31 yeas old, I am a Fine Paints of Europe certified painter and handyman in New York City.

Have some experience investing passively with a parner on real estate in Brazil (where i am from) but, just dipping my toes o US market, which by the way is completely different, I have been reading everything i could so far.

I am very interested on flipping, i am sure the my 6+ years in construction will serve me well at it. I can speak English, Portuguese and do well in Spanish.

I am looking forward start and potentially be the contractor everybody is looking for.

I would humbly appreciate any advice and learning opportunity.

@Ivan Calais Coelho, Hopefully you're a handy man in an upscale residential apartment building.  Knowing some of those well to do established tenants can be real helpful in RE.
