Hi, My name is Ken Rukenbrod and I just recently moved to the Northern KY and Cincinnati area.  I am a new investor and looking to get into rentals and possibly house flipping.  My goals for the next couple months are try to find a duplex I can House hack to start my real estate investing.

My first question is what is the best option for financing my first home?

I've done a bit of research but not to sure where I should start.

Hello and welcome to Biggerpockets!! Nice to meet you. Good luck going forward!! That is a question for a lender. But depending on your money, you might could do a multi unit property with an FHA or FHA 203. Little house hacking!!
