Hello! We are a team of 4 brothers from California. We are looking to purchase properties in other parts of the US to buy and hold. All of us are extremely interested in investing in other parts of the country and can't wait to be a part of this community. We are fairly new in the long distance real estate arena and would welcome any info in regards to BRRR, long distance real estate investing, information on conventional funding, under $50K funding, portfolio funding, refinancing in an LLC, etc. etc. I'm sure there will be plenty of information we will reaching out to the community about.
