New Orlando, Fl Investor
Hello BP community,
my name is Joel (I say 'joe L', I won't get mad if you say jole. Lol) I'm a new investor in the Orlando, FL area. I've been a member for a few months now, watching the videos mostly on YouTube and learning quite a bit from them. Got turn on to REI by a friend of mine and decided that was the path for my family to take on our journey to having more family time. The path I'm interested in is doing some wholesales and learn the proper way to do them. After that I want to learn about flipping, I want to do 1 or 2 flips a year, and then I'll start to hold onto some rentals. I'm very open to suggestions and constructive criticism from those who have come before me, and I can't wait for the day when I will be able to help someone else just starting on this path. Thanks in advance for helping a new guy figure out this new endeavour.
