I have been lurking on BP for a while now and am finally taking a moment to say "Hello" from beautiful San Diego, CA.
My F/T job is "Mom" but I also have background in commercial property management/property accounting and have a California Real Estate broker license (Realtor with MLS access) which has helped be tremendously in being able to evaluate properties before making offers.
My husband and I recently bought and rehabbed our first rental property earlier this year. We would like to acquire another 1-2 properties in the next year or so. We are otherwise new to REI so we say "thank you!" for all of the valuable information on this site. It has definitely helped us with our first rental.
