Hi! My name is Tania,

I joined Bigger Pockets a few years ago after a friend told me it was a great way to network for my painting company. I joined and read a few articles but didn't dedicate the time to enjoy all the opportunities the community has to offer. After closing my business and making my career in Property Management I am really excited to start learning more about real estate investing.

Listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcasts on my way to Stamford in the morning is what started to make realize the opportunities and growth in real estate investing can provide. My goal is to own my first rental property by March of 2020. I want to keep growing my knowledge of real estate investing and then share what I know with others.

I hope to make new connections and I am excited to join the community. My ambition and hard work have made me very successful in my career and now I am ready to put that same energy into real estate.

I look forward to meeting new people and rejoining the community!

@Peter Anderson thanks so much for the welcome. I manage eaves Stamford for Avalonbay. I’ve also managed properties for them in Norwalk and Wilton. It would be great to connect! I hope my knowledge of managing an asset will help with my own rental property. 

@Tania Beliard your experience will definitely pay off so long as you stay dedicated. I’ve had a similar career path to yours and eventually started buying single family rentals in Stamford in 2016. Keep it up and let me know if you ever need anything

My property manager for a 4 family in Stamford just walked out in the middle of this pandemic. Does anyone have recommendations for a good one in the area? Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated.
