Hi,

I've been lurking on this site for a while, and decided it was time to introduce myself to the community.

My name is Derek, and I'm a 23 year old paramedic from metro Detroit. I'm interested in learning about buy-and-hold properties, and networking with those who have been successful in the field, and willing to teach.
