New Kid in Pacific Northwest
New to BP, new to RE other than primary residence. Working as insurance agent in OR, and am looking for Buy & Hold small multifamily properties in the Midwest -- either IN or OH. I'll be clicking through old posts hoping to learn as much as I can - thanks to all who participate in this!

Welcome to BP, @Adam Myers! Great place to be, so much knowledge in the forums, articles, videos, and podcast! I would recommend you develop a thorough vetting process for anyone that you choose to work with who is out of state, def can be tricky.
