I am looking for rental apartments in Budapest
I have cash for for small 30-40 m2 property
I try to find way to leverage that money to fund more deals
2-3 apartments are my goal for the next 3 months.
Is there any one who had experience in purchasing property in Budapest and in loans from Hungarian banks ? Or maybe experience other financing methods ?
Looking to co op, learn and help

Welcome too :-)
Sounds like a nice plan, although lots of EU countries now have limitations to mortgages, based on net income
Maybe there's a way around that with an LLC, but then the interest may be higher
Anyways, hope things will work out, and just in case it helps, I have most experience/affinity with European (mainly Czech) mortgages
Cheers,
Matthew
