Intro from the Triad in NC

Hey everyone, after years of watching DIY Network, reading every book I can find and listening to hundreds of hours of podcasts, I figured it's time for me to take a more proactive approach to real estate investing.

I'm looking to start off wholesaling properties to other investors (due to an empty bank account) and work my way up to rehabbing for profit in the future.

My first priority is to find a mentor in or around Greensboro, NC to work with and learn from. I've been working in different biochemistry labs for the past 5ish years and just like my career in science, I can do all the research I want, but I really only learn by getting my hands dirty and physically doing the work.

I'm really excited to get to know some of you and learn anything and everything I can about real estate investing from such knowledgable people. Thanks to all of you that have already contributed to this amazing resource, I can't wait to get started!
