Syndication vs. Joint Venture
I invest in NNN properties but want to expand. I know many folks personally who are interested in investing in this type of property. If I acquire investment capital from others to partner in future deals, is this considered a joint venture or is it subject to the laws and regulation of a real estate syndication? If so, what are they? Thank you.
