I'm Vinnie Gizzi from Owensboro, KY. This extremely new to me. I heard about this site through my brother. Now I've got goals to pay off my student loan debt and retire early from my day job as a Physician Assistant. My wife and I own 1 property in which we are rehabbing we just bought a new property (before we read Set For Life) in which we intend to reside. I'm an interested in rental properties and are going to rent out our first single family home after we've completed a rehab. I'd like to use this site to network and to research about other's difficulties which I may run into such as how to screen potential tenants, insurance and LLC.

Welcome to BP @Vincent Gizzi. Nice to see a fellow PA here. I start in the ER in two weeks working 3-4 days a week and I'll be using the other days of the week to work on my real estate. What specialty do you work in?
