I am an investing from Toronto ON Canada 🇨🇦. I heard about BP a while ago and have been lurking for a while, and decided to finally post my intro 😃

My investment strategy and goals:

• SFH
• Tier B neighbourhoods
• Buy-and-hold
• 4-5 hours drive from Toronto ON, which includes:
  • Buffalo NY
  • Rochester NY
  • Cleveland OH
  • Toledo OH
  • Detroit MI

I have a full-time job that occupies me so I am looking to be as passive as possible (while holding the asset entirely myself).

I would love to meet property managers, other investors, agents, and turnkey providers in these areas.
