Sandwich Lease Options with a Home listed w/ Property Management

Hello BP Family,

I'm new to Real Estate investing & new to Savannah,GA. Is it a good idea to buy properties using Lease Options if its listed w/ a property management company? 

would I face the same challenges that would come with working with a home listed with a realtor? (I've been told to stay away from homes that are listed with a realtor)
