Hello! From Canada's National Capital Region
Hi everyone. New member here, from Ottawa. A little about myself; I own a mechanical company in the ICI sector and a very active lifelong interest in real estate. I'm currently adding to my skillset by studying for my home inspector certification. Currently, I am scratching the surface in apartment syndication and would love to put a deal together within the next 12 months. I would love to use this platform to connect with someone who shares the same interests and goals as I since my current circle of family and friends aren't as passionate as I am. Preferably, I'd love to connect with an individual who knows the ins and outs of the financing and legal end of things while I can contribute in the management and real property aspect of the deal.
