Hello everyone-
I am Adrian. I am totally new to investing. Recently joined the BP family to network and learn as much as I can. I've been listening to as many podcasts, buying books and making myself available to the opportunities in Real Estate Investing. Hoping to foster my first deal by mid spring. I am interested in multi unit properties. I'm hoping to start with a triplex and grow from there. I am also interested in the mobile home sector of the business, as well as wholesaling.
Also looking to connect with fellow investors, rehabbers & buyers in the community. Looking to add value where/ when I can. Excited to be making a commitment to this goal of mine.
