Real estate investor In Richmond, VA
Hi all- I am a fairly new real estate investor in Richmond, VA (Chesterfield). We currently have one single family rental that was purchased as a rental a little over 2 years ago and has been rented the entire time. We brought a foreclosure several years ago as a vacation home ( in our old home town) and we fixed it up (Roof, Siding, windows, flooring, addition) then sold it. We are looking to buy more long term rentals in the Richmond area, so we will be on the forum gathering information. Thank you in advance! William
