Hello all!! My name is Angie and I am new to real estate. I am located in Houston, TX. I want to begin wholesaling then venture out into landlording. I've recently began joining clubs in my area. I'm trying to meet and network with as many investors possible. I hope to gain a lot of knowledge from you guys so I can deliver a success story soon. Any advice or stories about your first wholesale deals or landlording would be awesome!!!
