Hello everyone, my name is Sergiu Micula. Been lurking around BP for a while and decided to join. Im 26, married, and I'm currently an auto mechanic.
I have been looking to get out of the automotive business for some time now. My goal would be to make enough money through RE investing to quit my current job. For the past several months have been trying to learn all i can about real estate investing. Ive read the beginners guide from BP, which was very helpful. Ive been listening to the BP podcast in my car as well. I feel like i'm growing to truly love RE and cannot wait to jump in and get started! I started out just trying to get more information on what it takes to get into RE investing, but found myself looking at properties and running numbers and suddenly i have a fourplex in my sights that im going to check out in person this monday! My wife and i are wanting to house hack the property. Ran the numbers and its looking good. Will keep anyone interested updated on the progress.
